You must agree to these Terms and Conditions in order to purchase/use any product. Your downloading and use of

any product is considered to be an agreement to these terms and conditions.

These Terms and Conditions may be modified by at any time, but we will endeavour to communicate to you when

such changes are made. If you disagree with any of the changes made, you must contact us to revoke

your agreement and cease use of all purchased products.

All products are delivered as digital downloads only. Upon receipt of your order, you will receive an email from us with

instructions to complete your download. In case you are unable to download the product or you do not receive an email

from us with instructions to complete your download, you must contact us within 14 days from the date of your order. If

you do not contact us within 14 days from the date of your order, the product(s) you purchased will be considered

received, downloaded and delivered to you.

You agree that any personal information you give to us when purchasing products is accurate and true.

In purchasing and using any of our products, you agree to our Privacy Policy. If the Privacy Policy is modified, we

will contact you to notify you of the changes.

You agree that all products available on  this website are the intellectual property of The Sound Gardxn and, as

such, all rights to those products are owned by The Sound Gardxn.

All licenses are single-user licenses. The contents of these soundsets and libraries are licensed, not sold to you.

You may not on-sell your products to another person. Ownership remains with The Sound Gardxn. Unauthorised

duplication of any download is a violation of applicable laws.

You may not sample, record or copy any part of any products, sound recordings or videos on this website for the purpose

of creating and distributing new soundset libraries, instruments or soundpacks, nor as isolated single sounds or as

part of a sample library, and not for commercial or non-commercial use of any kind.

You may use the content of these soundsets/libraries in your own music productions, commercial or non

commercial use, and other types of audio production. as long as the content is not used in isolation.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any products available on the website at any time, without

prior notice being given to you. We also reserve the right to modify the price of any product at any time, without any

requirement to reimburse the customer due to a price reduction or promotional offer.

Our products are tested as thoroughly as possible but are used at your own risk. The Sound Gardxn will not be

liable for any damage to equipment, loss of hearing, any lost profit, loss of data, malfunctioning or indirect damage

caused by the products licensed to you. In no event shall the liability exceed the amount you paid for your license.

These Terms and Conditions will continue to apply until terminated by you or The Sound Gardxn. If you want to

terminate these Terms and Conditions, you may do so by notifying us and ceasing your use of any products. We

may at any time terminate these Terms and Conditions with you if you have breached any provision of these

Terms and Conditions, or if we decide to no longer provide the products.
